The correct answer is option D. "greed". In the book "Le Morte d'Arthur" by Sir Thomas Malory, Sir Bedivere one of the Knights of the Round Table, throws the legendary sword Excalibur into the lake. Sir Bedivere was reluctant of throwing the sword at first, even though Kiing Arthur ordered it, because of his greed he did not want to lose a beauty and valuable sword.
