Xy=144
x-y=10
x=144/y
Y-10=144/y
y2-10y=144
y2-10y+25=169
(y-5)square=169
(y-5)=13 Y-5=-13
y=18 Y=-8

Well using guess and check I got 8 x 18, and that also equals 10 when subtracted, hope this helps ! :D
