Whole milk does not have any of the fat removed from it that skim milk does. What changes would you expect in tests run on whole milk compared to the results received from skim milk?

it is mainly based on the type of tests that a person will conduct between whole milk and skim milk. Changes and be expected when you boil one milk with the other and compare both milks after it has been boiled. Example one may have bubbles and the other doesn't mainly whole milk theirs has a thick
cream once it's been boiled that most likely the skim milk wont have.
