Given:

\begin{gathered} -(4)/(3)x+y=4\ldots\text{ (1)} \\ -(8)/(3)x+2y=-1\ldots.\text{ (2)} \end{gathered}

Equation (1) can be written as

y=(4)/(3)x+4\ldots\text{ (3)}

Equation (2) can be written as

\begin{gathered} 2y=(8)/(3)x-1 \\ y=(4)/(3)x-(1)/(2)\ldots\text{ (4)} \end{gathered}

By equating equation(3) and equation(4)

\begin{gathered} (4)/(3)x+4=(4)/(3)x-(1)/(2) \\ 4\\e-(1)/(2) \end{gathered}

There is no solution.
