Disease, because the mayflower was very cramped, disease spreads easily, running out of food/water

While on board the Mayflower, the greatest dangers were diseases and seasickness. This is mainly because Mayflower has a small area for the passengers aboard in it and passengers with diseases can easily affect co-passengers.
