My answer is 2x + y = -6 cause I subtracted the 5 and 3x which gave me 2x. Then i took 4 - 3 which gave me one so it would be just y. then i subtracted 12 - 18 which gave me -6 so if i rewrote it, it would be like this: 2x + y = -6

For the answer to the question above, I'll show my solutions for the answer.
5x + 4y =12
3x - 3y =18
-----------------
5x + 4y =12 multiply by 3
3x - 3y =18 multiply by -5
---------------------------------------
15x + 12y = 36
-15x+ 15y= -90
--------------------------------
0x + 27y = -54
y=-2
===================
5x + 4y =12
3x - 3y =18
-----------------
5x + 4y =12 multiply by 3
3x - 3y =18 multiply by 4
---------------------------------------
15x + 12y = 36
12x - 12y= 72
--------------------------------
27x + 0y = 108
x= 4
