first 2 months you will have 30$ because 10$ then 20$ double 30 to get 60 you will have that in 3 months double 60 to get 120 that's the 4th months double 120 to get 240 which is the 5th month double 240 to get 480$ in 6th months it will take 6 because 240 isn't enough so you will need to save another month.
