arlos, an algebra teacher, is creating a series of PowerPoint presentations to use during class lectures. After writing, formatting, and stylizing the first presentation, he would like to begin writing the next presentation. He plans to insert all-new content, but he wants to have the same formatting and style as in the first one. What would be the most efficient way for Carlos to begin creating the new presentation?

Using the Format Painter tool.

The Format Painter tool will help you use a single theme for your slides and will help achieve to your audience that your presentation is well planned and prepared. To achieve a consistent design look and appearance, all Carlos will have to do is highlight all the writing, formatting, and stylizing on the first presentation, double click the format painter tool on the home tab, and then highlight all the new content that are on the rest of the other slides.
