Spatial order of writing refers to the description of an object or picture from one's point of view. Such structure of writing is used for instance in engineering to describe the three dimensional of objects or the design of a device. Autobiographical narrative does not unfold in spatial order, rather chronological order is usually used to write autobiographical stories, that is, the stories unfold in sequential order as they occur.
