B, no all two points are collinear only if they are on the same plane

Any two points are collinear. Definition of collinear points is if you can draw straight line through them they are collinear. For 2 points you can always draw straight line. If there are 3 points than sometimes you can draw straight line but
for 2 answer is Any.
