The answer would be....

That the Egg Plant costs more.

My reasoning for this is because if you do 21 divided by 3 it equals 7 which means each pound of Egg Plant is $7. But 28 divided by 5 is 5.60. Which means, Beetroot is $5.60 per pound! So, beetroot is less than the Egg Plant!
