A friend tells you she is having trouble sleeping and feels really stressed. What lifestyle change would you suggest to reduce these problems?

Well there is many things you could do to eliminate stress, and everyone is different but you could try to get more sleep, drink more water, talk to someone.

She should definitely increase her physical activity during the day. Not only would that make her more tired and thus susceptible to sleep, but also would make her healthier and reduce her stress.
