C. Look at the arrows and follow the direction.

A) isnt answer because B would have to be in oposite direction. Sum of vectors is 0 if second one starts where first one ends and so on until last one ends when first started.

B) Is not correct

C) is correct. B starts where first starts and ends where last (in this case second) one ends.

D) is not correct
