Question

I am doing a role play project where I am a politian and I am running for a city council. The situation is this:

-There is a undeveloped area in the town where there is a lot of biodiversity such as birds.
-Someone named Dan wants to build a new mall.
-Dan and some people wants the mall, but people who support the biodiversity does not want the mall.
Since I am a politian, is there any plans/ideas that makes both, people who supports the mall and who doesn't supports the mall satisfied

yea you build the mall but in a part of the city,town,county,etc where there arent lots of birds like about 10-20 BUT you must make new homes for them like artificial trees on the roof of the mall that looked like their home
