You need to figure out how many second in a minute. This is 60. Now to make a full second you have to multiply by 10. So 10*60=600. Now do 600*3/4=450
It would travel 450 kilometers in a minute.
Hope this helps.

there are 600 tenths of a second in one minute.
3/4 of a kilometer is 0.75 kilometer.
600 x 0.75 = 450
