Six of her friends will have big cards. 34 - 6 = 28 pieces left. 1 page can make 8 peoples cards. 8 * 28 = 224 small cards. 224 + 6 = 230 total cards

Answer:

224 smaller cards

Explanation:

Total number of sheet Aimi has = 34

Number of closest friend of Aimi = 6

Aimi will give one full sheet of paper for making cards for each of her closest friend.

Therefore, number of sheets left = 34 - 6

= 28

It is given that 1/8 of sheet of paper will be use for her other classmates.

∴From 1 full sheet, 8 cards can be made.

∴ From 28 full sheets , 8 x 28 = 224 cards can be made.

Thus, 224 smaller cards can be made.
