Whole hour - 2/3 = 1/3
1/3 + 1/6 = 2/6 + 1/6
= 3/6
Harris can sew half of a pair of jeans per hour.

1/4 per hour.
In 1/3 of an hour, he can sew 1/12 of jeans. Multiply that by three, which equals 1/4 or .25
