A car whose mass is 1000 kg is traveling at the constant speed of 10 m/s. Neglecting any friction, how much will the engine have to supply to keep going the same speed?

If there is no friction, then NO force is needed to keep an object moving. Go back and look at Newton's first law of motion again.
