I believe they are Alaska, Florida, Nebraska, Idaho, Maryland, west Virginia (eastern panhandle), Oklahoma, Texas Connecticut, and west Virginia (northern panhandle)

Meaning of Panhandle: According to the Wiki, a panhandle (also known as a salient) is an elongated protrusion of a "geopolitical" entity.
The states that have panhandles are:
-Alaska
-Connecticut
-Florida
-Idaho
-Maryland
-Nebraska
-Oklahoma
-Texas
-West Virginia (northern and eastern)
