How to use the distributive property to factor each polynomial?

Problem:
5z squared + 10z

we can factor out the greatest common factor 5z to get

5z^2 + 10z = 5z*z+5z*2 = 5z(z+2)

So,

5z^2 + 10z = 5z(z+2)
