we can factor out the greatest common factor 5z to get
5z^2 + 10z = 5z*z+5z*2 = 5z(z+2)
So,
5z^2 + 10z = 5z(z+2)

Consider a causal LTI system whose system function is H(z)=((1-( 3/10z ⁻¹ )+(1/3z ⁻²))/(1-(4/5z ⁻¹ )+(2/3z ⁻²))(1+(1/5z ⁻¹))) = ((1/2)/(1-4/5z+(2/3z ⁻²)))+((1/2)/(1+1/5z ⁻¹) Draw the signal flow graphs
