Help! This is URGENT! I have a choir concert tonight, and I always get so nervous, to the point of feeling like throwing up. I know people say look at people's foreheads, or imagine the audience in their underwear, but none of that stuff works for me. What should I do? Please help!! Also, I know all the music, so practice isn't the answer...

I'm not really sure because this can vary from person to person, but it does get easier the more you do it so you could practice in some other public space, just close your eyes and pretend you're just singing to yourself,
but also realize that they're probably not focusing on you and won't be able to see or hear you very well
even if they do and you mess up, they might not have heard the song before and won't realize you've messed up
orr if they do they probably raise that everyone makes mistakes and it's perfectly okay

if none of these things help, maybe dont go, but keep practicing little by little so eventually you might be able to do it if it's something you still want to do

Just believe in yourself take a deep breath and try to daze off and think of other things while you are still singing with your talented voice.
