For the first question you multiply 4 by 2x and then -1, getting 8x - 4. 3 multiply by 2x and then +5 gives you 6x + 15. 8x +6x = 14x; -4 + 15 = 11. The answer to the first question would be 14x + 11.
For the second question:
1. 3
2. 1
3. -1
4. -3
The tenth term. -15
