C=3\cdot2500+425\\ C=7500+425\\ C=7925

The cost is

C=3N+425
N is the number of leaflets so you just substitute the required number for N.


C=3 * 2500 + 425=7500+425=7925

The cost of printing 2500 leaflets is £7925.
