Getting sick isn’t much fun. How often do you get sick? What do you do to get better? What can you do to keep away colds and other illnesses?

Well first of all, the most typical way to get away colds is to wash your hands before you cook food, after you sneeze, and after you use the restroom. Another was to prevent illnesses is to cough inside your arm. If you don't cover your mouth when you cough, germs are released inside the air which eventually spreads. If you cough inside your hand you touch things and that is one of the fastest ways to release germs. All in All, remember the ways to prevent sickness and how to prevent germs from spreading.

Well I get sick about 3 times a year, in order to get better, I go to the doc and take some medicine for it, or just take a really hot bath. You can avoid getting sick by always washing your hands, and making sure that after shaking hands, you don't rub your hands on your face. Hope this helps!
