If you mean for the last one:
Triangle area=1/2bh
=1/2(4)(3x-5y)
Area of rectangle=l•w
=8(6x-y)
So combing them you get:
[(1/2)(4)(3x-5)]+[8(6x-y)]
Simplify: [8(3x+5)]+48x-8y
=24x+40+48x-8y
=72x-8y+40
You'd have to be given x and y to find a true value
