Slope=
(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

We are given two coordinates:
(x1,y1) and (x2,y2)

Plug given numbers into the formula:

(1-(-3))/(1-(-2))

Two "-"'s next to each other make a positive so we add:

(1+3=4)/(1+2=3)

Final answer: D.
Slope=
(4)/(3)
