we know that

the statement

1=3 -----> is not true

so

The system has no solutions

For example

two parallel lines

y=5x+1 -----> equation A

y=5x+3 -----> equation B

The system has no solution. because the lines are parallel

If you equate equation A and equation B

5x+1=5x+3

1=3 ------> is not true

therefore

the answer is the option

There is no solution
