y=mx+b
m=slope
b=yintercept
we see it interceps the y axis at y=1
so last optin is out
slope=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
given
(-1,5) and (1,-3)
slope=(-3-5)/(1-(-1))=-8/2=-4

y=-4x+1
first one
