yas

so
(x-h)^2=4p(y-k)
(h,k) is vertex
p is distance from directix to vertex, also distance from focus point to vertex

given
(x-0)^2=4(2)(y-0)
since x is the square term, the parabola opens up or down
center is (0,0)
the distance to the focus is 2 units
since 2 is positive, it opens up, meaning the focus is above the vertex

the focus is 2 units above (0,0)
te focus is (0,2)

answer is 3rd option
