y=mx+b
m=slope
b=y intercept

slope=rise/run

we can see that if we look at the portion of the line that is bounded by the 2nd quadrant, we see it rises 5 units up and runs 2 units to the right
5/2
m=5/2

yintercept is where the line crosses the y axis
it crosses at y=5

the equation is
y= (5)/(2) x+5
