find change
1/4 to 2/3
times 1/4 by 3/3 and 2/3 by 4/4
3/12 to 8/12
change of 5/12
5/12=400
divide both sides by 5
1/12=80
times 12 both sides
12/12=960
it can hold 960 pennies
