State the X- and Y- intercepts of each function.

7x + 3y = -21

To find the x intercept, plug a zero in for y and solve.
7x + 3(0) = -21
7x = -21
x = -3

To find they intercept, plug a zero in for x and solve.
7(0) + 3y = -21
3y = -21
y = -7
