The correct answer is B. William Conqueror.

William the conqueror was the first in England to be a Norman king. He was a descendant of Rollo.

During his time in Duke of Normandy he faced a lot of challenges for example, his youth and birth were illegitimate.

In England William build a fleet which was larger to invade England. He constructed castles and settled new norman nobility.

He also changed English claergy composition. Some of the reasons which made William to win the battle were; He attacked king Harold while he was not ready, Normandy were fully prepared for the battle and Harold's army became weak when he died.
