First you can combine like terms (2x+11x) and get 13x+22=4
Then you can subtract 22 on each side and get 13x=(-18)
Finally you merely divide 13 on each side to get the value of x

Combine like terms to get 13x+22=4.
Then subtract 22 from both sides to get 13x=-18
So the final answer is x= -1 5/13
This isn't English though.
