Slope-intercept form is the "y=mx+b" form that is used for graphing in graphing calculators.
To get this from standard form, then, let's move the x to the right side...
and then divide by 6 so we only have 1 y.
-3x+6y=12
+3x +3x
6y=3x+12
/6
y=.5x+2
