Vcone=(1/3)hpir^2
Vcylinder=hpir^3

sub
d/2=r=8/2=4

Vcone=(1/3)18pi8^2
Vcylinder=3pi8^2

Vcone=6pi64
Vcylinder=3pi64

Vcone=384pi
Vcylinder=192pi

compare them
384pi is twic the volume of 192pi
the volume of the cone is twice the volume of the cylinder
