How many packages of hot dogs does the owner need to buy if he predicts he will sell 256 hamburgers?

24 packs

Explanation:

4 was multiplied by 64 to get to 256, so you need to multiply 3 by 64, which is 192.

Then divide 192 hotdogs by 8 ( since there are 8 hotdogs in a pack) and that gives you 24.
