Recall that the volume of a sphere is described as 4/3pi(r^3). substituting in 21 for r, we get (4*(21^3)/3)pi. this simplifies (I think) to 12068pi. adding the units, you get 12068pi m^3

V=(4/3)pir^3
r=21
V=(4/3)pi21^3
V=(4/3)pi9261
V=(37044/3)pi
V=12348pi
V=12348pi m³ or aprox 38792.378016 m³
