PLSSS HELP! can someone answer these two questions from my math homework!

1. 7(18-6)+12(4-1)
2. 26+8(126÷6)-8

1) 120

2) 186

Explanation:

so you need to use BIDMAS (if your from the UK, I think its called PEMDAS in the US but I'm not sure)

so first you need to work out what's inside the brackets/parentheses

7(18-6)+12(4-1) = 7(12) + 12(3)

then you need to do multiplication/division

7(16) +12(3) = 7x12 + 12x3 = 84 + 36

finally you do addition/subtraction

84+36 =120

just repeat the same process for question 2

26 + 8(126÷6) - 8 = 26 +8(21) - 8

= 26 + 8x21 - 8

= 26 + 168 - 8

= 186
