23. I know that there will be 5/12 ribbon left over. You would simply subtract 3/4 by 1/3. I don't know about the first part of this question though. (more like i don't remember)
27. I predict that Susan will get the greater quotient. If you divide the fraction 5/8 by 1/16 you would get 1/2. If you divide 5/8 by 1/32 you would get 1/4.
1/2 is greater than 1/4, which means that Susan has the greater quotient.
