No it isn't because it wasn't an expression. An algebraic expression is a mathematical phrase that can contain ordinary numbers, variables (like x or y) and operators (like add,subtract,multiply, and divide)

No, x = 15 is not an algebraic expression; it is actually an algebraic equation. There is an equal sign present in an equation, but not an expression. Hope this helps! :)
