Answers are y intercept -4 and slope -3
Slope intercept form is y= -3x -4

Step by step. First to find slope.
You have two points on the graph,
(-2, 2) and (-3, 5)

Slope formula is y2 - y1 over x2 - x1

5 - 2 over -3 - -2

3 over -1 = -3 slope

Your y intercept is the point where your line crosses the y axis = -4

See attachment

The slope intercept formula is y = mx + b
Plug in your slope (m) -3 and y intercept (b) -4

So your equation would be
y = -3x -4

The line passes through point (-3,5) and (-2,2).

Determine the equation of line in slope intercept form.

\begin{gathered} y-5=(2-5)/(-2+3)(x+3) \\ y-5=-3(x+3) \\ y=-3x-9+5 \\ =-3x-4 \end{gathered}

The slope intercept form of equation is y = -3x - 4. So slope of line is -3 and y-intercept is -4.
