Perimeter of a square=4(side)
1) we find out the length of the side
36 mm=4(side)
side=36 mm/4
side=9 mm
2) we calculate the ares of this square:
area of a square=side²
In this case:
area=(9 mm)²=81 mm².
answer: the area of this square is 81 mm².
