2x+3y=7|\cdot(-2)\\ 4x+2y=-6\\\\ -4x-6y=-14\\ 4x+2y=-6\\ -------\\ -4y=-20\\ y=5\\\\ 2x+3\cdot5=7\\ 2x+15=7\\ 2x=-8\\ x=-4
