Ok, so a Proper noun is anything that should be capitalized, such as a person or place.
A: nope! Only proper noun is Africa, and nothing is modifying it.
B: Uh uh! Nothing modifying them!
C:Try again!
D: Yep! Buddhism is the proper noun and Tibetan is telling you what type of Buddhism.
