if y=0 and x=1 then for the first point
-3=3, so no, they are not solutions on the graph.

You determine if points are a solution by plugging in the x and y values into the equation.
(1,0):
0-3 = 3(1)
-3 = 3 -> NOPE
(-2,-2):
-3-3 = 3(-2)
-6 = -6 -> YES
