Blood, toil, sweat and tears" - these words best describe the tone of Winston Churchill's speech. Churchill's speech reflects the reality of war and the need for all British citizens to accept it.  He does not employ flowery imagery or humor because he is attempting to show his focus and determination to win the war, guiding England to victory.  In his mind, there is little to say  other than to say that war is inevitable and must be waged. yw

Answer:

2. bold and strong

Step-by-step explanation:

Sir Winston Leonard Spencer-Churchill was Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. During the Second World War, he led Britain to victory. In 1940, when Hitler had overrun much of Europe, Winston Churchill on May 13, 1940, gave his speech "Blood, Toil, Tears and Sweat." He gave this speech to encourage the people that they should fight against Hitler. This speech is bold and strong as Winston is ready and willing to fight Hitler Nazi.
