The rule for Scientific notation is: 1<c<10 (a number should be greater than 1, but less than 10.)
1. Move the decimal to the right 6 times. Therefore, it is
3*10^(6)
2. Move the decimal to the right 6 times. Therefore, it is
6.12*10^(6)
