For each flip of the coin, the chance of getting a head remains as 1/2. If you flip the coin 4 times, you multiply 1/2 by itself 4 times:
1/2 × 1/2 × 1/2 × 1/2
This makes 1/16, which is your answer.
Hope this helps!
