Line 1 slope: (4-6)/(3- -3)= -1/3. Y-intercept= 5
y= -1/3x + 5

Line 2 slope: (2-7)/(9- -6)= -1/3. Y-intercept= 5
y= -1/3x + 5

The lines are exactly the same, and there are infinitely many
